Rob Russo and the team from Fair and Square Contracting did a fantastic job on our siding and front door project. Rob was professional, responsive and treated us with the utmost level of courtesy. They have great attention to detail. The team worked hard despite less than ideal outdoor weather conditions to finish our project in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any home improvement job and would most definitely use them again in the future.

Rob and his team just finished a major renovation for our split level ranch home in Bay Shore (new floors on two levels, kitchen, living room, dining area, main bedroom, closets, etc…) and to say their work is impeccable is an understatement. He is beyond professional and accommodating truly living up to the “Fair and Square” name. We have them working on the 2nd project in our house now (bathroom and 1/2 basement updates) and know it will be equally as amazing. Thank you Rob, Erin, Lisa, and team for everything. I just had the best contractor experience I have ever had. Had my small master bath redone and it came out beautifully. Highly recommend Fair and Square – Rob the owner is so great to work with – he checks in every day both morning and afternoon, oversees the plumbing and electrical and any subs. Sergio the on-site foreman is a true craftsman whose work is impeccable – he takes such pride in his work and it shows. I also asked that when certain things were going to be done if they could do those on my day off so I could oversee it. They always accommodated my schedule! I had a couple of complications because of the small size of my room and Sergio figured out some clever and beautiful solutions – just really knows every aspect of construction. Every day they protected all my stuff while they worked and cleaned up at the end of the day and they dealt with my slight obsession with details as I laid out the marble tiles in the way I wanted so the pattern would look random! (They also put in a new skylight in the den). Working with their foreman was so easy cause he just knew what I was trying to do (an added bonus they are the contractors for the Nate and Jeremiah show on LI so you know they are good).

Excellent work done. Very responsive and easy to talk to. Extremely professional. Always responded to our calls and addressed any questions we had promptly. Work was overseen by owner Rob and his partner Jay. Both were great. Work was checked on to make sure it was going well at all times. Very satisfied with the finished product and everyone involved. Highly recommend.
