I just had the best contractor experience I have ever had. Had my small master bath redone and it came out beautifully. Highly recommend Fair and Square – Rob the owner is so great to work with – he checks in every day both morning and afternoon, oversees the plumbing and electrical and any subs. Sergio the on-site foreman is a true craftsman whose work is impeccable – he takes such pride in his work and it shows. I also asked that when certain things were going to be done if they could do those on my day off so I could oversee it. They always accommodated my schedule! I had a couple of complications because of the small size of my room and Sergio figured out some clever and beautiful solutions – just really knows every aspect of construction. Every day they protected all my stuff while they worked and cleaned up at the end of the day and they dealt with my slight obsession with details as I laid out the marble tiles in the way I wanted so the pattern would look random! (They also put in a new skylight in the den). Working with their foreman was so easy cause he just knew what I was trying to do (an added bonus they are the contractors for the Nate and Jeremiah show on LI so you know they are good).
