The task of finding a good, reliable contractor is. a very tiresome one. I finally contacted Fair & Square after reading reviews. After meeting Rob’s wife and speaking with Lisa and Rob himself on the first estimate, I was comfortable hiring them! First, as a knowledgeable and capable guy in home improvement but physically limited of late, I needed help in installing a 6ft Anderson slider patio door; I ran outta gas…Rob took on the job of finishing the second half at a fair price. His 2 man crew (subcontractors) arrived first thing in the AM, listened to my needs and suggestions, and completed it to my satisfaction…oh…a small tweak or two on my part…some things the average client won’t have a problem with. Second was an aluminum house trim job…again his crew was headed by Oscar, a very nice accommodating guy who was very responsive to my needs. When an issue was found on the door trim, I contacted Rob, and the crew returned like clockwork first thing in the morning and corrected it. I found the installers were friendly and reliable, maybe no more so than others hired from other contracting firms, but the bottom line is the leadership and willingness to listen to the customer. In this regard, I found Bob, Erin, and Lisa to be the people one could rely upon. The type who cares about doing the right thing. Thank you all!

Rob and his team renovated our kitchen, living room, and dining room which included taking down walls and adding a steel beam to make an open-concept kitchen/living area. The workmanship, customer service, and organization of the project was outstanding. And I loved the fact that I was able to view the details and timing of our renovation daily through an App.

Our Project Manager, Nick, was with us throughout the project. He was extremely professional, always available to answer questions, and ensured the work being completed was done with quality and timely. Rob’s crew was led by Sergio. Sergio and the team treated our home like it was their own. They took extra care to block off the remaining parts of our home from dust and cleaned up after themselves each day. The team took pride in their work, always making sure the small details were taken care of. We couldn’t be happier with Fair & Square Contracting and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I recently hired Fair and Square Contracting to change the siding of my home. I was very impressed with Rob from the moment my husband and I met him for an estimate. The price was competitive and fair but what closed the deal for us was Rob’s integrity and work ethic. Needless to say, we made the right choice. Fair and Square made our house a home. Rob, Sergio and crew added life and outdoor living space to our dinning room. We now have a gorgeous back deck with access to our backyard from the second story or our home. The sliding glass door brings light into a perviously dark room. They also resurfaced our living room ceiling and walls, took out an old air conditioner, patched our wall and expertly painted. The crew from Fair and Square were perfectionists from beginning to end. I am so pleased with how our space turned out and I will come back to them for our bathroom and kitchen remodels as well. I can not more highly recommend them.
