My wife and I hired Rob to do a complete gut remodel of our main bathroom this winter and Rob, Sergio, and everyone did an absolutely amazing job. Work was really well scheduled back to back every day and the timeframe we were originally given was pretty accurate. Rob was always extremely professional and available and always responded to any questions quickly and even went above and beyond to address things he noticed beyond the initial scope of work. Rob was always committed to making sure we were happy was always quick to respond to or address any concerns we had. All of Rob’s crew and electricians and plumbers were always extremely professional and easy to deal with. Rob always made sure to accommodate the details and small preferences in our design and was able to work out every detail of the tile layout and easily accommodate any personalized requests (e.g. shower niche, unusual grout). We are extremely happy with the result and everything has been holding up very well since. We look forward to using Rob and Fair and Square for more projects in the future!

Rob and crew were great. They were on time and Rob was here every day. Rob created an online schedule and it was clear the progress that was made. The crew cleaned up every day and the work was excellent. Rob was quick to adapt to the changes that we requested during the process and were are thrilled with final product, I highly recommend Rob and fair and square contracting.

Rob and his crew are amazing. We renovated our entire first floor, knocked down walls and made a larger kitchen. Their work is impeccable and we were updated every step of the way. There were no surprises. We could view the online schedule ourselves which was updated daily. Invoices were on there too so there were never any surprises for payment. Rob is on site daily to check the progress and sometimes jumps in himself to work! He cares about his work and wants to make sure his customer is happy 100%. Even after the job was done he still wants to make sure we are happy. 100% recommend.

Working with Fair & Square and Rob the owner was great. We asked them to remove a window for us & fill it in to make a wall. Not only does the finished product look excellent, but the workers who handled the job were punctual, professional, and very clean. They did a great job. Side note: Fair & Square also fixed a slight roof problem we were having as well as installed our chimney liner. Again, great work!

Was very pleased with work. Workers showed honesty and integrity by pointing out problems identified before covering them up so as home owners we could rectify and the job could be completed in the time frame allotted. We highly recommend this company. The owner is direct no nonsense and dependable.
