For any projects, I usually get a few quotes to compare prices and companies. Rob the owner from Fair and Square was my first quote on a window project and after our first encounter, there was no need to get comparison quotes. Rob is great to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with my thousand questions.
While we were waiting for the supplies to come from the manufacturer, I called Rob over once again to get another quote, this time on my roof. Within a few weeks, Rob had his team over to work on both projects together. Sergio was the main man on the team, and I can’t express enough how pleasant, respectful and amazing Sergio is. We are first-time homeowners and Sergio is obviously an experienced professional. He gave us ideas that we would not even think of. He leads a great team. They took pride in their work and cleaned every day after they were done. When the project was over, I hardly had any cleaning up to do.
My windows and roof came out beautiful. These are my forever contractors. There is no need to go anywhere else. I don’t want to forget the office staff as well. Lisa and Erin are the definition of customer service. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls. No question was left unanswered. Lastly, I would like to mention how humble Rob was when his team mentioned he would be making an appearance on HGTV.
